Note From The Duchess Greetings Group, I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself, as well as giving you a better idea of the types of submissions I am looking for. Let's get the most awkward out of the way first, telling you about myself: I have been a connoisseur of horror for as long as I can remember, and have always taken a great pleasure in both reading and writing horror, especially horror of an erotic nature. My editing credits include these anthologies that will be coming out within the next year: Raging Horrormones, Monsters Ink, Ghoulish Games, and an upcoming compilation from another Yahoo group, The Horror Writers Network's (THWN). Other things you may find of interest: My first novel, His Father's Son: Dante's Rage, is now available through me, at bookstores everywhere, or through the publisher's website www.publishamerica.com. I have a column in Camp Horror; an on-line webzine published quarterly http://www.horrorseek.com/horror/camphorror/Welcome.html. If that is not enough, I am also a reviewer for the Midwest Book Review, the June 2003 issue is here- http://www.midwestbookreview.com/rbw/jun_03.htm and a featured reviewer at Mohr Reviews http://www.pcisys.net/~drmforge/rickmohr.htm. I also moderate the aforementioned THWN, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/THWN/ and sit on their panel of judges for The Tombstone, the yearly award for best horror in the small press.
