These are samples from a two larger collections. The Mermaid image is from a series of elemental pictures I've been making. These images are mostly oil paintings (which I haven't been able to photograph and transfer to the computer, they're quite large), Each elemental collection contains any type of entity I feel relates to it with heavy emphasis on mythology and pagan ideas.
Lucinda II is the second version of a character I named Lucinda. I originally doodled her one night. I started out with an oil painting of the woman, and threw her on the computer and tried to make her look more dead and creepy. She's from a collection called Bury My Lovely --a collection of women I've created that I hope look very decayed and displeasing, yet at the same time (to be blunt) there is something alluring enough about them to still tempt you to bed one of them ; )
