Sonnet to My Incubus

You rule my nights as any lover should;
breezy whispers caressing clefts and curves,
fire consumes my inhibitions and the wood;
uncertain as to which one serves.
You know my body better than I,
it willingly answers your commands.
But, however I may to you comply,
in the end you yield to my demands.
Tonight our ritual may commence,
for I have answered the question of slave;
though you may not agree, the evidence
is clear: without me you are grave.
Thus, because I so desire, you will enter,
to create the illusion you are the master.
